How to Plan Unique EU Funded Projects is a course focusing on how to design educational projects suitable to be eligible for EU funding, like Erasmus+, covering from the initial idea to the workplan. This training is not intended to replace the expert advice of EU Commission’s national agencies.

Methodology.

The methodology for the How to Plan Unique EU Funded Projects training course ensures that participants gain practical knowledge and skills to design and develop projects eligible for EU funding, such as Erasmus+ by hands-on activities and group exercises: brainstorming, idea generation, and project design, focusing on the creative side. All participants will come out with a project proposal, and a new network.

Modules

Module 1: Understanding EU Funded opportunities

Participants will dive into the world of EU funding programs, gaining insights into their diverse landscape. A focus on Erasmus+ highlights its pivotal role in European funding initiatives addressed to education.

Module 2. Crafting Unique Project Proposals

The focus is on inspiring participants to nurture creativity, think beyond conventional approaches and to identify distinctive project elements that address current program objectives and applicant’s needs. Step-by-step procedures towards crafting a project proposal, learning about effective tools to structure and present unique, sound project proposals, will equip participants to meet the requirements of EU funding programs.

Module 3. Preparing and Submitting Proposals

This module is focused on project management, learning strategies to ensure project quality and accountability. Participants will gain insight on internal evaluation procedures, and how to gauge project impact, interpret results, and report effectively, promoting transparency and accountability. A mock proposal guided by experts will be a useful deliverable for each participant.
