Who we are
Associació Educativa Europea Barcelona (EducativaBCN) is a registered non-profit teacher’s association of Barcelona (official association registry ID 61806) , volunteering to provide support to schools/educational organisations and teachers since 2017.
What data do we collect?
EducativaBCN collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, job position, work address, financial data)

You directly provide EducativaBCN with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

EducativaBCN collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your account.

When EducativaBCN processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
How do we store your data?
EducativaBCN securely stores your data at Interxion Madrid, one of the most modern Data Centers in Europe, and in Fray Luis de León (Ono – Madrid city center). Having two independent data centers in the same city, which are also interconnected by a fiber optic ring, allows us to offer high availability solutions, attend to disaster recovery scenarios and perform geographically independent backups, offering availability quotas capable of covering the most demanding expectations, also having several fiber optic links with multiple operators, guaranteeing maximum service availability and the lowest latency.
Our Company will keep your data for 24 months. Once this time period has expired, we will wipe your data by deleting them from our archives.
Marketing
Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop EducativaBCN from contacting you for marketing purposes.
