Methodology.
This training employs an interactive and collaborative approach, featuring hands-on workshops, real-world case studies, and peer learning to enhance school leaders’ visionary leadership and communication skills. Participants engage in reflective practices and create actionable plans, under the guidance of experienced educators and experts, to implement positive change in their schools. The program also fosters a strong international network of school leaders, enabling ongoing support and collaboration in the dynamic field of education. Visits to schools and meetings with school leaders will complete the course.

Modules

Module 1: Leadership Foundations

Communication skills and strategies for fostering productive collaboration, with hands-on team-building exercises, and group discussions aimed at strengthening leadership teams within educational institutions will complete this module.

Module 2. Educational Management
Techniques for assessing school performance and identifying areas for improvement. Development and implementation of strategic plans designed to enhance school improvement. Data-driven decision-making will be emphasized to drive improvements in student outcomes. Curriculum development and pedagogical leadership.

Module 3. Future-Ready Leadership
Participants will deepen in the concept of future-ready leadership: focus will be on technology integration and innovation, where participants will gain an understanding of technology’s pivotal role in education. They will explore strategies for effectively incorporating technology into their school environments while promoting innovation and nurturing digital literacy among students. How to navigate change management within the school context, develop strategies for continuous professional development, and prepare themselves for the future of education by adapting to emerging trends will close the course.
